USAFE-AFAFRICA commander visits Niger, Africa

U.S. Air Force Gen. James Hecker, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa commander, talks to U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Kevin Albauer and 1st Lt. Alycia Hendrickson, 768th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron members, during his visit at Air Base 101, Niger, Oct. 29, 2022. Hecker discussed the growing presence of international air forces in Africa and their ability to support partners beyond counterterrorism and counterinsurgency efforts.
