Partners gather in Kenya to plan Justified Accord 23 exercise

Cupples, the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa deputy commanding general and the National Guard Joint Force Headquarters-Massachusetts assistant adjutant general addresses women participates in Exercise Justified Accord to recognize Women’s History Month, March 18, 2022, Nairobi, Kenya. March is Women's History Month – commemorating and encouraging the study, observance and celebration of the vital role of women in American history and in militaries around the world.
