Leaders engage in Niger to better security, cooperation efforts

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. John Barrett, 724th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron commander, and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Rex Panting, 409th Air Expeditionary Wing command chief, discuss operations of AB 201, Niger, with U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Brian Cashman, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force - Africa, on Dec. 4, 2022. Cashman visited AB 201 to better understand the mission of the U.S. Army’s civil affairs operations in West Africa and the operations of AB 201.
