Dagvin Anderson, commander, U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), and AFRICOM senior leaders, conducted a series of high-level visits to Africa with stops in Ethiopia and Somalia’s member states of Somaliland and Puntland, Nov. 23-27, 2025.
