Gen. Langley visits West and North African partners
Gen. Langley, meeting with partners in North and West Africa from Feb. 6-11, 2023, continued his trip in Algeria by meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Algeria Elizabeth Moore Aubin. The U.S. employs a whole-of-government approach to ensure security cooperation with Algeria counters violent extremism and supports peace in the region.

Exercise Obangame Express 23 aids maritime security and prosecution in the Gulf of Guinea

Chief of U.S. Army Reserve visits AFRICOM, meets key leaders
The 32nd Chief of U.S. Army Reserve, Lieutenant General Jeffrey W. Talley, hosted a town hall meeting at the Kelley Theater for Reserve Soldiers assigned to U.S. Africa Command. This was part of a two-day visit to the command's headquarters from March 5-6, 2013.
