SENOU AIR BASE, Mali - Lieutenant Colonel Alan Stewart, 6th Special Operations Squadron (SOS) mission commander, watches as Malian aviation officers plan a search and rescue mission of a downed aircraft and crew during a joint U.S.-Mali military training engagement May 21, 2009 at Senou Air Base near Bamako, Mali. This was the final exercise conducted by the 6th SOS and the Malian Air Force following three weeks of joint training.
