NAPLES, Italy - High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV-2) arrives in Naples, Italy for a brief stop for cargo and personnel, December 28, 2009. Swift will depart Naples, along with USS Nicholas, for an Africa Partnership Station mission (FFG 47) to countries in East Africa. APS is an international initiative developed by U.S. Naval Forces Europe-U.S. Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
