OUGADOUGOU, Burkina Faso (November 28, 2007) -- U.S. Africa Command's two deputies, Vice Admiral Robert T. Moeller and Ambassador Mary Carlin Yates, speak with reporters on the steps of the Presidency in Ougadougou, Burkina Faso, following a meeting with President Blaise Compaore, chairman of ECOWAS, on November 28, 2007. Burkina Faso was one of three countries Yates and Moeller visited on a pan-African trip to explain U.S. AFRICOM. They also visited Djibouti and Nigeria.
