STUTTGART - General "Kip" Ward, commander US Africa Command, presents Mrs. Elizabeth "Liz" Glueck the Commanders Award for Public Service medal and certificate recognizing her contributions to the Stuttgart Military Community, especially the annual Pfenning Bazaar which raised over 90,000 Euro for numerous German and US military community charities. Mrs. Glueck will accompany her husband, Lt. Gen. select Kenneth Glueck, as they depart AFRICOM this week for Okinawa Japan where Lt.
