NEGELE BORENA, Ethiopia (Dec. 6, 2011) - With the crisp cut of scissors, Tasfaayee Iyyaddanee Warree, Negele Borena, Ethiopia mayor, and the Honorable Donald Booth, U.S. ambassador to Ethiopia, officially dedicate the Negele Borena Bridge, December 6.
