ACCRA, Ghana - Epidemiologists and other animal-disease specialists from 21 countries in West and Central Africa gathered for the second meeting of The Regional Network of National Epidemiosurveillance Systems for Transboundary Animal Diseases (RESEPI, held Sept. 10-13, 2012, in Accra, Ghana.
