U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Thomas D. Waldhauser met with Dr. Ulisses Correia e Silva, Cabo Verde Prime Minister and Maj. Gen. Anildo Emanuel da Graça Morais, Chief of Staff of the Cabo Verdean Armed Forces July 30, 2018 during a visit to Cabo Verde. Waldhauser also participated in the opening ceremony of Africa Endeavor 2018.
