U.S. Army Spc. Dillin Hart, a Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa technician on the Africa Data Sharing Network (ADSN) system, reviews network configurations with members of the Djibouti Armed Forces (FAD) during training validation Sept. 28, 2016, at FAD Headquarters in Djibouti. While conducting the best practices training, the U.S. Army technicians assigned to Combined Joint Task-Horn of Africa, also held an ADSN validation with the FAD soldiers to prepare them to deploy to Somalia.
