Dillin Hart, a Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa technician on the Africa Data Sharing Network (ADSN) system, reviews network configurations with members of the Djibouti Armed Forces (FAD) during training validation Sept. 28, 2016, at FAD Headquarters in Djibouti.
